end-to-end flow
Name, sport, entry fee (free up to whatever), max entries, picks per entry, scoring rule, deadline.
Entries are paid up front into our escrow. The pool fills until either the max or the deadline.
At the deadline the pool locks. Late picks are rejected. The leaderboard becomes the source of truth.
After every leg grades, the worker scores entries. Winners get paid into their balance automatically — no chasing the host.
Withdraw to your bank with verified payout setup. Refunds are idempotent — safe to retry, no double-pays.
